Welcoming Dr. Rohit Punyapu to the Group

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Rohit Punyapu as a new member of our research team. Rohit joins us following the completion of his Ph.D. at Ohio State University under the mentorship of Prof. Rachel Getman. An expert in computational catalysis and Density Functional Theory (DFT), Rohit will lead our efforts on a key NSF-funded project. His work focuses on investigating co-adsorbate effects in C1 chemistries, specifically CO2 methanol synthesis and the Water-Gas Shift (WGS/RWGS) reactions. This project is a collaborative effort with the Bhan Group at the University of Minnesota.
